REWILD Yoga & Sound
Grounded wellbeing practices for modern living
My name is Amber, I run REWILD Yoga & Sound - a space to remember who you truly are through movement, breath, and sound.
At REWILD, it’s not about becoming someone new, but reconnecting with the wild, balanced, and embodied self that already lives within you.
Based in Redhill, Surrey
Through yoga, sound, and intuitive practices, we create space to slow down, listen, and realign with our body, breath, and inner rhythm.
A place to rebalance, reconnect, and restore

Why REWILD?
At the heart of my teaching is inclusivity and accessibility. I create spaces where everyone, whatever their age, experience, or ability, can explore their edge and discover they are capable of more than they imagined.
Participants leave feeling energised, accomplished, and fully alive, having moved, stretched, and engaged their bodies in ways that are both challenging and deeply satisfying.
Yoga & Sound
My Hatha yoga teaching is rooted in over 25 years of personal practice and training under Lucy Leslie at Sussex Yoga Training | Yoga on the Lake. I offer sessions that are adaptable and dependable, blending tradition with flexibility - whether slow, restorative, flowing, or energising. I focus on alignment, breath, and mindful movement, creating a strong yet accessible practice for all levels.
Sound is central to my work. My sound baths and one-to-one sessions are immersive and dynamic. As a professional singer, I use my voice as a live instrument, ad-libbing and vocalising intuitively, alongside Himalayan singing bowls, the gong, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. The layered sound supports the nervous system, body, and mind, creating experiences that feel more like a concert than a class.
By combining grounded Hatha yoga with immersive sound, I offer a holistic approach where movement, breath, and vibration work together to support wellbeing, connection, and transformation for individuals, families, and groups of all ages.
REWILDing Through Yoga & Sound
REWILD is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.
Through yoga, sound, voice, and embodied movement, I create spaces where you can slow down, listen, and return to your own inner rhythm. Whether through grounding Hatha, immersive sound baths, or shared musical experiences, each offering is an invitation to rebalance, reconnect, and restore.
This is your space to breathe deeper. To move with intention. To come home to yourself.
