REWILD Restorative Yoga & Sound

A deeply nourishing Hatha yoga practice designed to support rest and recovery, with a short closing sound bath to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

The yoga practice is slow, grounding, and accessible, designed to gently stretch and move the whole body while encouraging ease and release. Postures are held with support and intention, allowing the breath to soften and the body to unwind, leaving you feeling open, settled, and deeply nourished.

The session closes with a gentle sound experience, inviting stillness and integration. This final rest allows the benefits of the practice to settle, helping you leave feeling rebalanced, calm, and restored.

REWILD Gentle Slow Flow Yoga & Sound

This gentle Hatha Yoga & Sound class offers a mindful, embodied practice that gradually builds warmth and strength, guiding you toward a peak pose, before gently easing back down into rest.

The class unfolds at a steady, intentional pace, allowing time to explore alignment, breath, and sensation. As the practice builds, you’re invited to challenge yourself safely and consciously, developing heat, focus, and confidence. From the peak, the class softens into slower, grounding postures, supporting release, balance, and integration.

The session closes with a short sound experience, offering space to rest, reset the nervous system, and absorb the benefits of the practice. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, open, and deeply restored — balanced in both body and mind.

REWILD Hatha Yoga Flow

Hatha Flow at REWILD blends traditional Hatha yoga with mindful, flowing movement. The practice moves steadily from posture to posture, linking breath and movement to build warmth, strength, and focus, while still allowing time to explore alignment and sensation.

The pace is considered and accessible, offering a balance between effort and ease. You’re invited to explore your edge in a supportive way, developing confidence and body awareness without rushing or force.

REWILD Yin Yoga & Sound

A slow, quiet practice focused on longer-held floor-based postures that target the deeper connective tissues of the body. Yin yoga encourages stillness, patience and mindful awareness, offering a counterbalance to more active forms of movement.

Postures are supported and held with care, allowing time for the body to open gradually while the nervous system settles.

Sound is gently woven into the practice to support deep relaxation and integration, leaving you feeling spacious, grounded and restored.

REWILD Beginners Hatha Yoga Course

A welcoming introduction to yoga, ideal for those new to the practice or returning after time away. Each session combines slow, grounding Hatha yoga with time to explore alignment, breath, and movement safely. The class gradually builds warmth and strength, guiding you toward a peak pose before easing back down into restorative postures.

 

Over the course, you’ll develop confidence, body awareness, and flexibility, learning foundational Hatha poses, breathwork, and techniques to release tension and support wellbeing.

 

Each session concludes with a short sound experience, helping the nervous system settle, integrating the practice, and leaving you feeling calm, restored, and balanced.

REWILD Pre-Natal Yoga Course

This prenatal course is designed to support expectant mothers through gentle, mindful Hatha yoga. Each session combines slow, grounding movement with breathwork, helping to strengthen and stretch the body, ease tension, and support wellbeing during pregnancy. The practice gradually builds warmth, encouraging safe exploration of postures while remaining fully accessible for all stages of pregnancy.

Sessions conclude with a short sound experience, allowing space to rest, reset the nervous system, and integrate the benefits of the practice. Participants leave feeling calm, connected,

and restored, with enhanced body awareness and confidence in movement throughout pregnancy.

 

The course is inclusive and supportive, with options and modifications offered for all abilities and trimesters.

REWILD Together - REWILD Baby and Me

REWILD Baby & Me is a gentle, nurturing space for mums and their non-crawling babies to slow down, connect, and restore together. Created with the postnatal period in mind, each session weaves together live music and singing for babies, soft postnatal yoga-inspired movement for mums, and calming sound to support nervous system regulation and shared calm.

Babies are soothed and gently stimulated through voice, familiar melodies, and simple musical play, supporting early bonding, sensory development, and emotional regulation. For mums, the movement is slow, supportive, and adaptable — helping to release tension, rebuild strength, and reconnect with the body after birth, always with your baby alongside you.

 

Sessions close with a short sound experience, offering space for both mum and baby to rest deeply.

There is no expectation for babies to be quiet or still; feeding, cuddling, and soothing are all welcome.

 

Time permitting, afterwards we can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and connect with other mums, creating a calm, supportive community.
